These mugs are dishwasher safe although we would only recommend 50 cycles maximum. It is always best to hand wash where you can. As a guide I have used mine daily for around 18 months and used it in the ishwasher daily. Only now is it starting to show signs of wear so thats around 500 cycles in the dishwasher.
